Everyone has their own take on self-care, and the Goggleboxers reveal theirs.
No matter what age you are, we all like to keep ourselves presentable and feeling fresh. Whether you're a plucker, a picker, a waxer or a masker, it's these little things that make a big difference in life. Here, the Goggleboxers share their own beauty tips.
At Sarah-Marie and Matty's house, their resident guest, Jad is killing some time by flexing his muscles. The gun show may be subject to an empty crowd, but that doesn't phase Jad as he continues his body builder-esque routine, noticeably pretty impressed with himself.
After a few rounds, Sarah-Marie finally comments: "Are you flexing your muscles?" Jad then takes it to the next level and reaches down to the ground, retracting with a bicep curl. "Oh, there's just something on the floor I have to pick up." But it's not working for Matty, as he flatly says, "Yeah, it's your dignity."

Over at the Delpechitra's, Wendel has an announcement for the family: "Breaking news, Ethan's going to have his first shave tonight." The family all turn to Ethan who just looks at Wendel, feeling that sting of sibling betrayal. But as good parents do, Patrick and Tracey begin to cheer encouraging Ethan to laugh. "I knew you were going to come up with some bull****," he says to Wendel.
While Ethan denies it's his first time, Tracey pipes in with a classic mum statement: "And you know what they say when you have your first shave? You have to have your big boy party." Patrick is super excited: "Oh! Your big boy party!" Ethan just looks at them, shaking his head. Ah, parents.
The Silbery women are enjoying a night infront of the TV with a glass of wine each, when Emmie opens up a small make-up bag, and takes out a Q-tip. "Did you BYO a cotton bud?" Isabelle asks her grandmother. Emmie nods, as Isabelle says, "You're so cute. You know I've got cotton buds here?" But this isn't news to Emmie: "Yeah I know, but they've been in there for ages."
She then dabs under her eyes, matting the spray she just put on her face. When Isabelle says she thought it was becuase Emmie was getting emotional, Emmie just scoffs and continues to delicately dab her face.
Lee and Keith are relaxing on their lounge, when Lee's peace is interrupted by her husband reaching over to fluff her newly-cut fringe. "Did you get your fringe cut? You need a cut, it's hanging down too low," he says. Lee simply replies, "Yes. You're just jealous because there's nothing there at all," as she gestures to Keith's bald head.
But Keith explains how he's got the upper hand: "A bottle of shampoo when I was younger used to last me two weeks, three weeks. Now, lasts me nearly a year." Yes Keith, you win.
