Selling Houses Australia

Episode Guide

Brought to you by

Croydon Park

Series 3 · Episode 10

Peter and Anastasia along with their 11 month-old son need to upsize for their expanding family. They’ve been trying to sell their three bedroom 1920’s bungalow for 12 months with an asking price of between $640,000 and $650,000. It’s the quintessential worst house in the best street – with the main issues centred around the rundown state of the front garden and all the clutter that’s descended since the baby came along. But the agent is confident that after the Selling Houses Australia $17,000 makeover, the property will sell for the right price at auction. With nine out of ten houses sold will the team, for the first time ever, sell all ten houses in the series?

I felt sorry for the real estate agent who spent 12 months showing open homes for greedy owners of an ugly house who didn't listen to his advice and got greedier once their house was done up. I bet they then expected him to do the auction for them for free as the second agent is some no body who I bet sold the house for free after the owners told him he would get free publicity. Everyone I know thought it was all very suss!!! Greedy Greedy undeserving owners playing poor as usual who now look like scam artists to the rest of Australia. Shame on you both!!!!

Did these owners pay for the renovations themselves or did Selling Houses Australia pay for it as there was no mention of how much THEY spent. All very secretive
