Ask Andrew Winter your burning questions

About the Show

The A team are back for a record 12th series and raring to face a volatile Australian property market. For the first time in 25 years Sydney and Melbourne are experiencing a tapering off, on the average sales price front. So in a buyer’s market host Andrew Winter may struggle convincing owners the true value of their homes (like he needs another challenge!). Shaynna and Charlie have never been better, delivering incredible makeovers for a unique array of Aussie families. And they’re going everywhere - covering the bush, the beach, the outback and the city. Among the highlights are a Mt Isa high set, a beach shack in Shoalhaven, a traditional Pymble garden home and a Balmain water front. But quirkiest of all is the inclusion of a Gold Coast houseboat. By moving things maritime the team face a whole new set of challenges.

With all the hype about legionnaires disease from inhaling potting mix dust and the warnings on the bags, why doesn't Charlie wear a protective mask when dealing with potting mix? I had a friend pass away last year from this very thing and he was using potting mix.

Hi! I just watched Ep 2 season 4 - Bob Mitchell in the Blue Mountains.
This broke my heart watching all his work be changes. Shayna was so respectful.
I’d love to know how he is going. I’d love to see a series of “where are they now”- hope he’s ok xx

I love this programme along with Love it or List It, but it would be really good to know the actual date that the show was produced. It is really confusing when Andrew says "in the current market" but we don't know which market they are referring too.
Either way, some miracles are performed and the end results are always breath taking!

Today I watched the first show in the renovation of Old Linton at Yass. What a beautiful house but I was absolutely gutted at that choice of the pink colour in side.
“Berry” was it called. I thought well maybe when it was all finished would look good, that’s usually how it goes, so I googled the pics of the finished item. Really, really awful. What a shame, what were they thinking. I don’t think that colour would look good anywhere.

My favourite program. Some weeks it's wow, Shanna, some it's wow, Charlie.
Until the 1880's "cottage". That was lipstick on roadkill. The lady liked history? There was nothing left of it, the original was gone and the whatever - '70s? nasty was rotten. That was disappointing, yes it sold, yes the did their usual make it look better but what a waste of time.
The owner should have takne the original offer and let them bulldoze it.

Hello Team
Can you tell me why you chuck(!) everything into the skip. For example I have just watched a woman wielding a hammer against a perfectly serviceable albeit ordinary and cheap piece of furniture, however this is not the only time this sort of thing has happened. I am sure many of those items could be recycled.
