Paddington is one of the most famous railway stations in the world, with nearly 70 million visitors every year,it's one of the UK's busiest hubs. It's a big day for staff- CSA Frank prepares for 20,000 football fans to pass through.

At Paddington this week there is a new disruptive hazard on the railway- it's not leaves on the line or the wrong sort of snow but an electrocuted pigeon that causes over 5000 minutes of delay throughout the network.

This week, staff at Paddington step back in time when they venture down into the tunnels under the central London station to carry out fire safety checks. While the area is now used for storage, it used to a busy operational space.
