He’s lost four stone (25 kilos), kicked his dependencies and conquered his fears. What next for Jack Osbourne?
Jack Osbourne returns with another series of adrenaline pumping exploits - and this time he's not alone. Over eight weeks Jack will take five young recruits on the trip of a lifetime, trying out some of the world's most extreme adventure challenges. His proposition to them is simple: adrenaline sports changed my life - it could change yours.
It’s time for Jack to pass on his knowledge and experiences, and mentor five desperate juveniles, helping them to realise their potential by attacking some of the most incredible, compelling and adrenaline-fuelled adventures on the planet, by becoming an ‘extreme life coach’.
All the recruits have something about their lives they want to change: meet Lisa - a recovering drug addict, Becky - a self confessed work shy princess, Anthony - who was bullied at school and still suffers as a result, gap year Georgie, who has never stepped out of her privileged background, and Kayode, who has to work hard to stay out of trouble on the mean streets of London.
From balancing hundreds of feet above a ravine on a tightrope to a heli-bungee over a volcanic crater in New Zealand, from living in the rainforest and hunting for food to training to be kung-fu masters, Jack will take them on extreme adventures that they could scarcely have dreamed of before, and in the process turn them from children to adults.
Can the team of youngsters follow Jack's example and turn their lives around?
