A teenager is in excruciating pain after falling badly and injuring his leg, paramedics need to act fast to treat a 94-year-old man who shows signs of a stroke and a man with severe stomach pain is anxious about going to hospital. Paramedic Dan Crutchley and technician Alex Temmink are sent to 18-year-old Jack who's in severe pain and can't move his leg after falling. Alex used to be a movie stunt-horse rider and knows how painful strains and breaks can be. Meanwhile paramedics Hannah Meredith and Aaron Campbell are called to 43-year-old Jefferson who has severe stomach pains. Jefferson previously had a brain haemorrhage and is understandably anxious about another trip to hospital. His heartbeat is irregular and his blood pressure is through the roof, both of which put him at high risk of heart attack and stroke.
