OMG I JUST LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK. It has recipes that are so easy to follow I would recommend it to everyone in fact I am going to buy one for my friend for Christmas. The art work in the book just make you want to get in the kitchen and cook and the best thing is the meals look just like they do in the book . Should be more books like this one as I said I love it so thank you .

It goes the extra steps of giving you lessons at the start of a chapter which are really informative and have helpful tips and illustrations. I found it useful that he put down the different names and pictures of some of the ingredients as it can be a bit daunting with some Asian ingredients as they can go by various names depending on the country they are sourced from. The added information and tips provided mean that once you have tried the original recipe you can be confident in putting your own spin on it the next time you try it.
