This Frank Green Smart Cup is the only cup that has ever worked. I'm always in a hurry, but love my cup of tea, and I usually spill it every where, but not anymore it's amazing and the best thing since sliced cheese.
Easy to use , looks nice & drinks stayed hot for a long time.
I love the Frank Green smart cup, i liked the feel of it in my hand,i didn't find a cafe pay at my local cafe, although its going to be wonderful when it catches on,to use the Smart Cup.
Easy to use, easy to clean, and keeps my drink lovely and warm. I am going to track down one of their filter bottles now!
This product is great on saving the environment as i reused it over and over. It so easy to clean and no spill or mess.
Considering that CafePay is a major advertising point for this cup, I am extremely disappointed to find that there are no CafePay locations in Australia.
I contacted both Frank Green and Bon Appétit Management Company to find out if there were any locations. Frank Green didn't even bother to reply to my email query.
As for the insulating part of the cup, it really didn't seem to make a difference to how long the coffee kept hot. Further, the insulation wasn't that good as you could still feel the heat through the thermo plastic outer layer - the same as you would with a "normal" keep cup. I'm also curious as to why the insulation doesn't go all the way around the bottom.
Cleaning the lid is a pain. With all the components, it is hard to get inside and clean it properly, and then it never dries fully and you have to shake out excess moisture even after letting it dry overnight.
I definitely don't think it's worth the (nearly) $35 and would not recommend this.
