These books are amazing. Simple exercise routines that can easily be incorporated into any daily schedule plus delicious recipes that are full of goodness. I can't wait to whip up some coconut pancakes or cacao-nut crunch clusters - yum!
It's been 3 weeks since I started Luke and Scott's clean living programme and I'm a convert. The menu plans and paleo recipes are easy to follow, don't cost a fortune to buy and I've been cooking for the whole family who have all enjoyed the healthier options.
I've wanted to try and activate nuts myself and it was easy following Luke and Scott's Activated Almonds recipe. A great way to save money as these are expensive in the health food shop.
The best part for me has been the quick and easy workouts - 30 minutes and I'm done which leaves time for all the other things we need to squeeze into our busy lifestyles.

Both these books are great, filled with easy to follow exercise instructions and recipes that are really easy to make. I loved the breakfast cacao crunch with raspberries and coconut cream, very yummy!
