Why I didnt do this years ago I dont know. Have always thought gyms were for skinny fit people but this one is so realxed and all sorts of body types there. The staff where so helpful and showed me how to work on those taget areas and to reach my goals. With only 10 kilos to go I know I will now get there with Contours

I loved the way staff helped you along the way. I also loved the ability to do a class like boxercise or trim up classes. Or you could just do your circuits. The girls at Contours Merrylands were genuinely interested in your progress. The machines were easy to use & follow. The only difficult thing was remembering what exercises in between machines maybe there should be examples on the wall. Im sure that with time this would be easier. My one big suggestion would be not to try & do a circuit while the boxing classes are on because its near impossible to hear the "change stations" over the women thumping each other LOL!

Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Was hard to talk to someone on the phones straight away but they do call you back. It was never too busy that you had to stand and wait for the machine. One absolutely fabulous think l did notice, and that was that there were no mirrors. Yep l could work out with out seeing myself doing it. Great place. Would gladly join.
