When I first heard of this book I thought (sarcastically) 'GREAT, another diet book" but I was so pleasantly surprised. The Metabolic Clock is much more than a diet book, and I can even go so far as to say it will be a life changer for a lot of people.
Personally I don't have a problem with my weight but I still gained so much knowledge and healthy ideas from this book. I'm quite excited to take on and embrace an all round healthy lifestyle again after getting a little slack over the last few years!
The whole book is easy to read and easy on the eye to boot. Lots of quality colourful photographs and enticing recipes just pleading to be tried, ... and I already have tried some of them. Delicious too!
