Perfect addition to any cookbook collection. A must have for those that love entertaining. Very helpful and handy for families and friends with allergies. Recipes are both nutritious and delicious.
This recipe book is a little gem. Although not having any intolerances a number of my friends do. I have indulged them by making the Sugar Free Peanut Butter Chocolates and the Apricot & Coconut Truffles both simple to make with mouth watering ingredients and given a big thumbs up by all including myself. Needless to say nothing left on the plates.
The recipe book is visually stunning. The pictures of all the recipes are definitely eye catching.This will be one recipe book that will be permanently on my kitchen bench. Will enjoy testing and trying many more of the recipes. My friends are also waiting in anticipation.
What a treasure! Im not fussed with providing gluten, dairy or sugar free food and I'm lucky enough to have a family with no intolerances, but that is just an added bonus with these recipes. Loads of delicious recipes, simple enough to make, but with a twist so that they are new and interesting. Love the Mediterranean Quinoa Bites and the Spicy nut and seed squares. I like that almost all the recipes have pictures to go with them, and the smaller size of the book. I am inspired to entertain my friends with these treats.
This cook book took me by surprise. When you think gluten free, whole foods you tend to think savoury. However being a sweet tooth I was interested in testing some whole food deserts.
My top three are chocolate peppermint moose cups, apricot coconut truffles, and mud slide tiramisu.
You may not have a few items in the pantry thus making a trip to the supermarket is required.
I rate it a 7/10 really easy to follow.
This was a lovely presented book, lots of ideas for parties. It seemed to have a lot of seafood related dishes, I thought it could have also included chicken, as not being a seafood fan, a lot of the dishes didn't appeal to me, yet I know it would appeal to most people. Overall a great book with some great ideas that I will try for my upcoming 50th. Perfect for parties. I will give it a rating of 7/10.
