I received this cookbook to review and have actually really enjoyed it. A very interesting read, I personally don’t have any intolerances, but recipes are still usable with alternative ingredients. It includes lots of info & menu plans, breakfast, light meals, main meals, vegetarian, kids, desserts & baked sections. Would be great for a family that has a mixture of different food requirements. All recipes seem to be family favourites (things you would actually cook). I made the corn fritters, chicken & veg soup and the beef bourguignon. Loved the beef ?
