Thrill-Seekers Flock to Terrifying Glass Slide in LA

Perched more than 300 metres above Los Angeles, the OUE Skyslide looks equally fun and terrifying.

The totally see-through glass slide is the latest gimmick attracting urban adventurers to the City of Angels.

The slide is part of a Skyspace, a new viewing experience atop the US Bank Tower - of the tallest skyscraper in LA.

It is 13 metres long and offers 360 degree views through the one-inch thick glass panels that separate you from certain death.

While the ride is over in matter of seconds, some are already sharing footage of the experience.

A trip to the Skyspace costs $33, plus an extra $10 to ride the slide.

Skyspace is already attracting an A-list crowd, with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West christening the opening night last week.

Kim, little sis Kendall Jenner and buddy Jaden Smith all attended the party, even singing along to the Calvin Harris hit (penned by Taylor Swift!), 'This is What You Came For'.
