A new London apartment complex development is getting a world first "sky pool" – a 10 storey-high glass pool which is suspended between two apartment blocks.
Residents will be able to paddle across to visit their neighbours as over two thousand apartments will have access to the pool.
The pool will be 25 metres by 5 metres (and 3 metres deep), while the glass 7.9 inches thick... yikes!
"The Sky Pool’s transparent structure is the result of significant advancements in technologies over the last decade. The experience of the pool will be truly unique; it will feel like floating through the air in central London.” said Ballymore Group CEO Sean Mulryan, who had the idea for the pool.
