These $4m floating villas in Dubai's The World development take luxury to new depths.
Dubai is famous for its luxurious developments, and it seems the city is about to take things to a whole new level.
Incredible underwater villas have gone on sale, featuring a ground floor completely submerged under water with views of the Persian Gulf's coral and marine life.
They form part of the huge Heart of Europe development, which is being constructed on Dubai's The World islands.
The Signature Edition villas don't come cheap, starting at around $4m. That gets you 4,000 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and climate-controlled outdoor areas.
It's the next phase of the The Floating Seahorse project - the first batch of smaller homes sold out when they went on sale a few years ago.
When completed next year, a total of 125 floating villas will be anchored around the St Petersburg island of The World - the first of their kind in the world.
You'll probably remember The World being constructed in Dubai, made up of 300 islands reclaimed from the sea in the shape of the world map.
Development of the islands tailed off in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, but it's picking back up again now.
The Heart of Europe is located across the islands of Germany, Monaco, Sweden, Switzerland, St Petersburg and Main Europe.
It celebrates the continent’s culture and will feature hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants designed by some of the world's top architects, with a focus on sustainability.
