'TODAY' host, Deborah Knight, has been targeted by an angry viewer for daring to display her baby bump on television.
The disgruntled 'Weekend TODAY' viewer was so uncomfortable with the outrageous display of pregnancy, she took to her computer to lodge a complaint.
"I love children," the woman identified as 'Lynne' wrote in the email.
"I think Deb Knight is great. BUT hey, I do not need to look at her pregnant body (especially sideways)
"If you must have her on... Keep her sitting down. It looks repulsive."
Just in case you were wondering, yes, it is indeed 2016 not 1910.
Fortunately, Deb had little time for such old-fashioned prudishness.
She and media commentator and author Sarah Macdonald laughed off the ridiculous email, sarcastically suggesting Deb should cover up like women did in the 1950s as to not offend other people.
Meanwhile, 2GB host Chris Smith said he thought pregnancy was beautiful and everyone should be proud to be part of such a powerful human experience.
Body issues may come and go for all women, but if there's one time in your life to be free of body-shamers it's when YOU'RE CREATING HUMAN LIFE.
Deb, 42, announced her pregnancy in August last year. Channel Nine reports her third pregnancy was "a complete surprise" after her first two children were conceived using IVF.
