Taylor sure knows how to make 'wildest dreams' come true.
In the midst of her romantic escapades with actor Tom Hiddleston, Taylor Swift dropped into the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane last night to offer sweet relief and cheer to young patients and their parents.
The ‘Shake It Off’ star, who is now the world’s highest paid celebrity, proved she had a heart of gold as she visited hospital bedsides and posed for photos.
Many teen patients took to social media to express their gratitude to the 26-year-old, including Sunshine Coast girl Bella Harry. Taylor signed Bella’s ‘Shake It Off’ pillow and the pair snapped a fair share of selfies together.

Bella’s charity Facebook page wrote, “As Bella was getting some more precious blood at hospital she has a visitor from her favourite superstar.
“She got to spend 20 minutes with Taylor Swift all to herself and take a thousand selfies and a couple of videos. Huge thanks to our special friends and medical team for making this happen.”
10-year-old Samuel Thorne, who suffers transverse myelitis and has been in a coma for several months, also spent quality time with the star. His father said that Taylor took a genuine interest in Samuel.
"She wasn't just there because she had to be... she's one of the biggest names in the world but she really listened to us and what Sam has been going through."
The Children's hospital also took to Facebook to publicly thank to star for giving patients and families a surprise they’ll never forget, “They’ll never ‘shake off’ the memories you made.”
Taylor is reportedly staying on the Gold Coast with Tom while he films the third installment of Thor.
