Taylor Swift recently came under fire for her 'mean girl' status and claims that her latest video clip is racist. And things don't look like they're settling down anytime soon for the singer.
Former Colorado radio DJ, David Mueller, aka 'Jackson' is suing Taylor following claims he was wrongly fired after being accused of assaulting her.
David went with his girlfriend and co-worker Shannon Melcher to a meet and greet with the singer, back in 2013. Taylor, 25, claims David "[lifted her] skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom".
Two days later, the co-host of 98.5 KYGO Ryno and Jackson Morning Show was fired. David had worked at the station for over 20 years.
The lawsuit by David's legal team suggests that the claims are pure "nonsense".
"The contention that Mr Mueller lifted up Ms Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms Swift's photographer and Ms Swift's highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense, particularly given that Ms Swift's skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr Mueller's hand in the photograph."
Taylor's team remains adamant that the incident did occur and have the evidence to prove it. The photograph is yet to be seen.
