Shania Twain is Releasing Her First Album in 15 Years

The wait is almost over - Shania Twain is releasing a new album in 2017!

It's been 15 years since the country music legend last put out music, but she's now preparing for a huge comeback.

After teasing the project at the end of 2016, Shania has taken to Twitter to confirm the "new stage" in her career will include new material.

The announcement coincides with news that an exhibition featuring costumes, photographs and memories from throughout her career will launch at the Country Music Hall of Fame in June.

It's a special year for Shania as it marks the 20th anniversary of Come On Over, which went on to become one of the biggest-selling albums of all time after its release in 1997.

She's been busy touring over the last few years, as well as staging her successful Vegas residency.

Expect her new album to land in the Spring and feature producer credits from the likes of Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, One Direction) and Jacquire King (Kings of Leon).
