Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski are expecting the first Bachelor baby

The first Bachelor baby is here!

Former stars of The Bachelor Australia have announced they're expecting a baby - a first in the show's history.

Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski met on the third season of the popular Channel Ten series and quickly fell head over heels.

It has now been a year and a half since the show stopped airing and the couple is still going strong - recently revealing they're now expecting their first child together!

Announcing the news on Instagram and Facebook, self-made fitness guru Sam made the big reveal via a coy quiz.

"Snez can't do up her pants: a) because she's just eaten a bowl of pasta as big as her head; b) because she really needs to fart... c) because we're having a baby, or d) all of the above?" the star quipped.

He also captioned the Facebook video with the words of a new dad: "Happiness does not do it justice. What better day to announce that it will soon be me and my three girls."

That's right - not only is the couple expecting, they've confirmed they're expecting a baby girl!

The two are already parents to Snezana's daughter Eve, 11, whom she had in a previous relationship.

She and Eve posted their own big reveal on Instagram with a goddess-like maternity photoshoot.

Since appearing on The Bachelor, both Sam and Snez have started on entrepreneurial career paths. While Snez has been growing a fashion and beauty blog, By Snezana, Sam has found incredible success with his 28 by Sam Wood fitness program.
