Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Brought to Tears by Children's Hospital Visit

Miley and Liam paid a holiday visit to a children's hospital and were brought to tears by a little girl's sweet song.

Oh, our poor hearts.

Like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, we could barely keep it together watching this beautiful little girl sing her heart out to the stars.

Eight-year-old Julia Davidson is a patient at the Rady Children's Hospital, and is currently battling an aggressive childhood cancer called Neuroblastoma.

According to her GoFundMe page, Julia was six when she was diagnosed with the cancer and has already had one operation to remove a tumor on her spinal cord. She has also been undergoing chemotherapy.

Julia's day was made when she got a chance to sing for stars, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.

She chose the song 'Rainbow Connection' from The Muppet Movie, which particularly resonated with Miley thanks to her love of rainbows.

Needless to say, Miley couldn't stop herself from crying.

"You made me cry that was so beautiful," Miley said when Julia finished singing. Liam followed up, by complimenting Julia's beautiful "gift".

Julia's parents posted the clip to YouTube saying it was a "magical visit" from the two celebs.

Miley later posted about the couple's visit to the hospital, thanking them for their work.

"Thank you @radychildrens for your incredible dedication to bettering the lives and health of the beautiful youngins @liamhemsworth and I got to visit today!"
