Megan Fox's Body Secrets

Megan Fox believes treating herself on the weekend is the secret to her stunning figure.

The actress - who is often voted one of the world's most sexiest women - recently gained four pounds and sources say she's happier than ever because she's got some of her curves back.

One told Now magazine: "Megan's relaxed her strict diet and has been treating herself at the weekends. On weekdays she sticks to protein with salad and veg."

As well as following a healthy diet, Megan also works out with husband Brian Austin Greene.

The source added: "He's always worked out - and he got Meg into it. She does cardio and weights twice weekly but focuses on yoga and Pilates, which she loves."

While Megan, 25, is happy with her body, she has previously admitted she hates showing it off by wearing attention-seeking clothes

She said: "If you wear anything interesting, you become instantly noticeable. I have this gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana white trench coat for winter, but I can't wear it without drawing attention to myself. And I try to hide. I want to be unseen."
