Hi Kate,

Firstly, I think you are wonderful xx You are a fashion goddess in my eyes!

I am a single 41 yr old mum, who loves horse racing. I love horses and had my own as a child and still ride whenever I can, so have always loved going to the races. I also love the punt....not to make money, but to enjoy the thrill of a win and the disappointment of a loss.....and I belong to my dads punting club (him, his 5 mates & me).....we bet all through the year and end it with a big day out at Yarra Glen just before Xmas..... so it is a passion of mine!

Of course I'm also female, so I looooove to frock up, put on some heels and match a hat or fascinator and head off to the races for a fantastic day out.... but therein lies the problem.....none of my girlfriends are really into it seems to be my passion alone and I don't get to go as often as I would like.

I think there is an untapped market for professional, career orientated 40+ woman, who may be interested in all aspects of racing, like me, but have no idea or opportunity how to be involved, or be connected to the same types of people. (Ideally, I would love to own a share in a racehorse, but it is just not a financial option at this point in my life, although it remains a life long

I would love some advice and to hear your thoughts, or even if you could point me in the right direction.

Kim (Melbourne)
