Lily Allen has thanked her friends for their "touching" gifts and well wishes since her baby was born.
The 26-year-old pop star gave birth to her daughter last month and has now taken to her twitter page to show her gratitude to everyone who has congratulated her and her husband Sam Cooper.
She tweeted: "Thank you for all the flowers and lovely messages everybody. very touching indeed. nuff luv x x (sic)"
Since welcoming her baby into the world, Lily has not used her twitter account and has been keeping a low-profile.
Neither the 'Smile' singer or her spouse Sam have revealed the name of their daughter and it was Lily's ex-boyfriend Seb Chew who told the world about the birth on the social networking site.
Seb tweeted: "sending out love to lily, sam and mini cooper ... YES. (sic)"
Lily and Sam married in June, and the pair broke the news they were expecting a baby at the wedding reception.
A source said at the time: "There were tears all around. This is the happiest day of Lily and Sam's lives and they are so in love. This is the icing on the wedding cake!"
