A day after Lamar Odom awoke from his three-day coma, the Kardashian family reunited to board a private jet back to Las Vegas.
The news comes after Lamar Odom was taken off a ventilator and is now breathing on his own.
Sources tell PEOPLE that Khloe "won't leave his side. She wants to be there so that whenever he opens his eyes, he sees her."
"[She] is happy he is off the ventilator and is breathing on his own, but she is still scared and still concerned. He's woken up and his heart is stronger, but there is still concern about his organs."
Kris and Kendall dropped everything to fly back to Sunrise Hospital to meet Khloe where she has been residing since news about Lamar's overdose broke.
Kendall dropped her modelling gigs in London to join her mother, and as a family they have all decided to suspend activity on their newly launched websites and apps.
"As a family we've decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar," they said. "Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time."
Sources have told Us Weekly that Khloe has become a "shell of herself" since Lamar's overdose. It's "been very hard on her."
Although Lamar is now breathing on his own, it's unclear as whether there's any long-term damage.
Reports previously suggested that four of his organs were failing, with doctors losing hope.
After the Kardashian women returned to Las Vegas, they shared plenty of positive thoughts on social media.
"I believe in the power of prayer!" Kim Kardashian tweeted on Saturday, with a picture of her and Lamar dancing. 'Thx 4 ur prayers Lammy- So happy Kendall & I could make u smile 2day God is good!"
Kris also shared a sweet sentiment on her Instagram page. "Come on Lamar!!! You are such a champion. I know you got this."
