How to Measure Your Bust

Need a little help finding the right bra? You could be wearing the wrong bra size and as a result not be receiving the right amount of support.

Bras N Things are here to help you find the perfect fitting bra with these 3 easy steps.

1. Know your body size

To determine your body size, measure your under bust by measuring around your ribcage – where the bottom of your bra usually sits. It’s best if you measure directly on your skin, without wearing clothes.

You can see what size you are by looking at the grid in the photo gallery below.

2. Cup size

The second step is to determine your cup size. To do this, you will need to measure around the fullest part of your bust. Then use this measurement, together with your body size, to determine your cup size based on the grid in the photo gallery below.

3. Select your bra size

Your bra size is simply a combination of your body size and cup size. Perfect!

As part of Support the Girls campaign, from Thursday 11 October to Sunday, 21 October, Westfield Miranda is opening the doors to its exclusive Booboir, where women will receive a breast health consultation with a healthcare expert, professional bra fitting and a goodie bag filled with special offers and loads of pink treats!
