Domestic violence allegations resurface in new account of Johnny Depp's fall from grace

New accounts of Johnny Depp's relationship with Amber Heard claim the couple had "physical fights" while in Australia.

Johnny Depp's reputation continues to flounder among ongoing allegations of drunkeness, abuse and unpredictable behaviour.

Thanks to his widely publicised 2016 divorce from actress Amber Heard, and a recent legal battle with his former management company, many details of Johnny's private life and bizarre financial situation have been laid bare.

While allegations of domestic violence put forward by Amber in 2016 have since been dismissed, new eye-witnesses say they saw the couple have "physical fights" while Depp was filming the latest installment of Pirates of the Caribbean in Queensland.

"Sources close to the production report tales of excessive drinking, physical fights with Heard and constant lateness on set, which often left hundreds of extras waiting for hours at a time," a new article published by The Hollywood Reporter states.

THR's in-depth look at Johnny's apparent decline suggests the actor's boozing is responsible for his erratic behaviour and the alleged disappearance of a fortune estimated over US $650 million.

Thanks to a lawsuit filed by Johnny's former management company, it was revealed that the 53-year-old actor spends US $30,000 per month on wine and continues excessive spending habits despite not paying his debts.

Former business associates state that business deals have become difficult with Johnny due to his "mood" and "anger".

"In the old days, it was just [a question of] when he was free, but now it became [a matter of] finding a time when he was free and clear of mind and in the right mood. He got angry a lot. He'd scream at someone that worked at the house or his security," the lawsuit states.

Johnny has his own lawsuit in the works, accusing former agents at The Management Group of fraud and mismanagement. Among those who state he's in fine form include well-known blockbuster producer Jerry Bruckheimer, who maintains that any strange behaviour comes down to pressure from the media and committment to his craft.
