Glowing Skin

Cleanse twice daily with a cleanser that is right for your skin type and personal constitution. Ayurvedic cleansers with all natural and wild crafted ingredients will keep your PH levels balanced while it purifies your skin and maintains the moisture balance.

Dry Body Brushing

To help shed dead skin cells and encourage cell renewal, try dry body brushing. It will leave your skin smoother and brighter. Dry skin brushing rejuvenates the nervous system by stimulating nerve endings in the skin, helps with muscle tone and an assists with the even distribution of fat deposits. Brushing your skin eliminates clogged pores, allowing your skin to better absorb nutrients.


Start your day with an Ayurvedic oil massage (abhyanga), a traditional way to eliminate stress and relax the body while increasing lustre and skin tone. Massage not only keeps your skin silky-smooth, it also tones muscles, calms nerves, aids in circulation and releases deeply embedded toxins. 

Face Masks

Incorporate a face mask into your beauty routine twice per week. This will aid in the defence of damaging conditions such as dust, heat, cold and ultraviolet rays.
