What would you say about your appearance prior to the makeover?

I thought my appearance was average for my age and weight. I thought I dressed quite well in “fashion”.

What was the best part of the makeover?

The best part of the makeover would have to be how its helped my confidence and opened my eyes to the way I should be dressing for my age and body shape.

What was the worst part of the makeover?

The worst part of my makeover would have to have been my long extensions being taken out and my hair going to a much lighter colour.

What was the best advice Trinny & Susannah gave you?

The best advice I got was how my body shape should be dressed, and also the career advice I was given.

How has the makeover changed your life?

The makeover has changed my life completely and given me so much more confidence. It has also given me the push to go back and study which I would never have done due to my confidence.

I was sitting across from you watching you cry when they took out the hair extensions and felt so sorry for you. But you looked amazing :) Glad to hear you have gone back to study and that your life has changed so much. Mine too...differently but it was a life changing experience. I hope you have a great life :) Carolyn.
