Anne Hathaway and Rihanna Join All-Female 'Ocean's Eleven' Remake

A group of amazing actresses has joined Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett in the Ocean's Eleven reboot.

Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna and rapper and comedian Awkwafina have all signed on to be part of the epic cast! 

This fills seven positions of Ocean's Eight or Ocean's Ocho, which is the rumoured title of the upcoming film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter and Awkwafina are also joining the cast.

The new film is the latest in a number of gender-swapped productions, including Ghostbusters and the recently-announced remake of Splash.

The original film follows Danny Ocean and his unlikely team of bandits at they attempt to pull off a history-making casino heist.

While the 1960 version starred Rat Pack members Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, the 2001 version starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt, is better known to modern audiences.
