Adele Reveals Her Surprising New Diet Tip

Hot chips? Cake? No, Adele has cut one tiny thing from her diet and she isn't looking back.

When it comes to her health, Adele has revealed that her worst enemy isn't something like fast food or chocolate - but tea!

While having a cup of tea is basically second-nature to most Brits, this Grammy Award-winning songstress said she's had enough.

"I used to drink ten cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day," Adele reportedly told The Sun

"Now I don't drink it and I have more energy than ever."

Maybe it's the lack of tea, but one thing is certain - Adele has never looked better.

She stunned crowds with a new haircut and trim figure at the UK X Factor final on the weekend.

The 27-year-old has said she's started going to the gym, but "not to be a size zero or anything".

"I'm not, like, skipping to the f---ing gym. I don't enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don't like looking in the mirror," she said.

"Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I'm so conscious when I'm lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don't tour, you'll catch me back down at the Chinese."

According to The Mirror, Adele has also given up drinking and smoking.

The health kick comes ahead of a rumoured world tour. The singer has already announced she will hit the road in America next year.

Adele has a two year old son, Angelo, with her boyfriend Simon Konecki.

Her new album, 25, was launched earlier this year and has already sold 5 million copies. It it is thought to be on track to becoming one of the United States' fastest selling albums ever.
