Prince Charles tells Andrew there's 'no way back' for him after scandal

The Prince of Wales reportedly had some stern words for his brother.

Amid all of the scandal surrounding Prince Andrew, his brother, Charles, has taken it upon himself to issue him a calm, yet stern warning during a meeting at Sandringham.

After stepping away from his duties for the forseeable future, Prince Andrew faced further scrutiny from the Prince of Wales, according to reports from The Sun.

"It was all very civilised and calm but Charles calmly read him the riot act and told him there was no way back for him in the near future," a royal family source claimed.

"Andrew thought he was being treated harshly as nothing has yet been proved against him, but he accepted the decision. He really had little choice."

It's believed that Prince Charles is concerned about Andrew visiting the US to 'clear his name' and worries that if there's an investigation from law enforcement agencies, the 'mystery' around the royal family may vanish.

As the Prince of Wales has had a lot to do with managing this situation, commentators and fans alike are beginning to speculate about the role of Prince Charles in the future.

Many believe he is preparing to adopt a 'Prince Regent' role which would mean he would make day-to-day decisions, while his mother remains as the monarch.
