The royals have chosen the accounts to highlight the Duchess' new initiative, Force for Change.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been in the spotlight more than ever of late, due to Meghan's powerful publicity of her new intiative, Force for Change.
The first announcement of the initiative became public when the Duchess posted a cover of the September British Vogue issue she guest-edited, with the title of the initiative printed on the cover.
Following the Duchess' work on the fashion magazine, the Royal Sussex Instagram cleared the accounts they followed for the month and posted a request to their 9.3 million followers, asking which individuals, charities and organisations around the world influenced them to be their Force for Change.
After a week of scrolling through recommendations, the Royal Sussex Instagram has since chosen 15 select accounts to put into the spotlight.
For the month of August, the royals now follow a selection of organisations that support animal welfare, children's medical care, disability services, mental health charities and environmental organisations.
"These accounts showcase those persevering at the grassroots level, connecting our global community through a shared lens of giving back and helping one another. We were so happy to learn about them and are now able to share them with you!
"Thank you for being part of this collective conversation with us; we hope everyone has enjoyed discovering many of these accounts and engaging with each other on how we can all be Forces For Change," the royals posted.
While the Meghan and Harry follow 15 new accounts each month to support their chosen issue, this month's Force for Change was the first time they requested recommendations from the public.
