The royal pair are opening up about exactly what happened during their dramatic royal departure.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are setting the record straight on their royal exit, giving an exclusive interview for a new tell-all book.
The 320 page biography is due for release in August and is titled Thoroughly Modern Royals: The Real World Of Harry And Meghan, the Daily Mail reported.
The book details the pair’s time as royals from them meeting through to their explosive exit, dubbed Megxit.
According to a source, the former royals also reportedly reveal new details about their departure which shook the royal family and Meghan’s deteriorating relationship with her family.
Meghan and Harry have chosen to share their side of the story with two of their favourite royal reporters -Omid Scobie, BAZAAR’s Royal Editor at Large, and Carolyn Durand, a royal contributor for ELLE and Oprah magazine.
They already have a trusted working relationship with the pair and have been granted access to exclusive stories in the past.
Both authors are remaining tight-lipped on their involvement with the interview and the biography, but there is growing anticipation that the book could be a bestseller.
Royal watchers are already drawing comparisons to Prince Harry’s mother the late Diana, Princess of Wales, and her cooperation to create a biography by Andrew Morton, Diana: Her True Story.
