This is a very easy way to make a truly delicious and impressive dessert
Arrange the apple, berries and half the sugar in to an ovenproof serving dish.
Make the crumble by mixing the flour, the rest of sugar and butter in a food processor or with fingertips.
Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture, don’t press down.
At this stage the cooking can be left until 40 minutes before serving
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 170 fan forced or until the crumble is golden brown and crunchy
Serve hot or cold with cream or ice cream.
