From the back of a packet of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. The Toblerone can be switched for other chocolates such as Mars, Snickers or Bounty


  • 1 cup plain chocolate biscuit crumbs (I use a food processor)

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 500gm cream cheese

  • 0.5 cup caster sugar

  • 200gm Toblerone chocolate, melted

  • 0.5 cup thickened cream

  • 35gm Toblerone, grated (for topping)


  • 1.

    Line and grease a springform tin (22cm)

  • 2.

    Mix together crumbs and butter. Press into the base of the tin and chill in refrigerator.

  • 3.

    Beat cream cheese with a mixer for 2 minutes until smooth and soft. Add sugar, melted Toblerone and cream.

  • 4.

    Beat until well combined, pour onto prepared base & refrigerate 2-3 hours. Garnish with grated Toblerone and serve with cream.


Do not use light or reduced fat cream cheese for this recipe.. I reccommend Kraft Philly.
