If you want ice cream, but don't want the sugar or dairy - try Kim Beach's vegan alternative.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (frozen - see recipe)

  • 1/4 cup (30g) cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries

Method

  • 1.

    Peel the bananas and break them in half; freeze in an airtight container overnight. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy.
