This snack is perfect for those seeking a healthy alternative - or simply for those who love guac!


  • 4 celery stalks

  • 1 small avocado

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 4 thin strips capsicum, chopped into small pieces

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ small red (Spanish) onion, chopped


  • 1.

    Remove the ends of the celery stalks and wash celery.

  • 2.

    In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then add chia seeds, capsicum, lemon juice and onion, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, then spoon into the hollow of the celery stalks. Crunch and enjoy.
