On this episode of Come Dine With Me Australia, Ellen Crepaz prepares her much-loved Prawn Saganaki
Heat a frying pan over medium heat put olive oil Cook onion, stirring, for 3 minutes or until soft.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the wine and simmer for 2 minutes or until reduced by half. Add the tomato and simmer for 10 minutes or until the mixture is thick.
Add prawns and stir through leaving to simmer for 20 minutes stirring every now and again
Serve on to a plate sprinkle with Parsley and feta
Serve with bread
