This bright and fresh cherry salsa spiked with orange zest goes fantastic with roasted pork.


  • 500g fresh cherries, pitted and roughly chopped

  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp orange zest

  • 2 tsp Coles Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp Coles Italian White Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1.

    In a medium-size bowl, combine cherries with onion, zest, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.

  • 2.

    Stir well and stand for 15 mins for flavors to fully develop. Serve with roast pork. Always keep a fresh-fruit-based salsa refrigerated after you’ve made it.
