A small and very simple decadent treat, ideal for dinner party dessert.


  • 600ml Whipped Cream

  • 1 tin caramel

  • 8 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates crushed

  • 4 Wafer Stick Biscuits broken in half


  • 1.

    Mix the beaten cream with the tin of caramel using a wooden spoon. Have 4 martini glasses ready, fill the bottom with the caramel cream mixture, add a layer of crushed ferrero rochers, continue adding the cream layer then the crushed chocolates for a layered effect. When the glass is full, push the biscuit halves into the top of the dessert.


You can dust the top of the dessert with drinking chocolate or milo for a more finished touch. If wafer sticks are not availble to use, scotch finger biscuits will do fine.
