David is selling an oddity in beach-side Adelaide: a mock tudor house that’s a neighbourhood landmark (and not for good reasons). It’s been on and off the market for 5 years.
It needs work which David is struggling to get done given he has both money and mobility issues. It’s time for him to downsize and find somewhere more practical.
