Property expert, Sarah Beeny, is leaving her magestic London mansion for a life in the country - making a huge profit in the process.
Sarah and her husband, Graham Swift, bought the house in 2005 for $879,825.
Since then, they have completed extensive renovations and made it a home for her, Graham and their four sons.
The house, located near Tooting Bec Common, London, is now listed for an incredible $6,415,395 - increasing seven-fold in just 14 years.
The 400 square metre South West London mansion boasts seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, four reception rooms and a sprawling manicured garden.
The home features a regal style sitting room, complete with a large marble fireplace and large French doors that lead through to the expansive garden.
The kitchen/dining room boasts luxurious parquet floors, dove grey cabinets, both an island and breakfast bar and direct access to the backyard.
The kitchen leads to the massive family room, which provides endless space for kids to hang out, while not sacrificing style.
It features sophisticated recessed lighting and lots of storage.
Recently, Sarah commented on deciding to leave city life behind, saying, "I always said I would never sell this house – it represents my sons' childhood and we all have such magical memories here [...] But it's the right time."
The TV star has decided to permanently relocate the family to their country house, a sprawling 220-acre sheep farm in Somerset.
"We've always harboured dreams of giving the boys that Swallows and Amazons childhood idyll," she said. "Children grow up too quickly in London. We just want them to be children as long as they can."
