Hills District, NSW Property Fact Sheet- Ep 6 Rohan & Belinda

Meet Rohan and Belinda

SEARCH LOCATION: Castle Hill, Rouse Hill and surrounding areas, NSW

BUDGET$500,000 - $550,000

Rohan and Belinda are open to suggestions. They are first home buyers – and they want to buy a property that is also a good investment to get themselves started on the property ladder. Their dream suburb to live in is Chatswood but they just don’t think they’ll be able to afford it. Realistically they’re thinking an apartment or at a stretch a townhouse in the Castle Hill area (no further west). They have a deposit of $100,000. Not opposed to a bit of a paint job, they don’t want to do any real renovation work. They are realistic about what they can achieve with their budget so even though they would prefer a house they are very much open to apartments or townhouses. It will be a short -term investment to get them started on the property market.
