Find Me A Beach House

Find Me A Beach House: Episode 8 reveal - Mornington Peninsula sea change

Deborah Hutton takes professional house flippers, Fran and Warren Trewin on a tour of the stunning Victorian coastline in search for their beach house.

After making a decision to swap farm life to beach life, Fran and Warren Trewin enlisted the help of Deborah Hutton to help find their new dream home by the coast.

The couple both have experience in the property industry being real estate agents in the past, and now the couple work as professional house flippers. While they're not shy of a renovation, the property would need to have the essentials: four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two to three living areas, large dining room, a theatre room, a pool and a large garage to house Warren's collection of cars.

And while Deborah showed the couple three properties that each ticked off most of Fran and Warren's list of requirements, the homeowners threw a curveball with their final decision.

The flippers decided to buy a plot of land on an extraordinary headland and knock down the existing cottage to build their own dream house.

Situated on a cliff face, the site has panoramic views of the ocean and is just walking distance to the sand beneath them. With a generous land size, Warren and Fran are able to build their beach house from scratch - and make sure it has everything on their list.
