Tom Cruise has offloaded one of his many impressive Hollywood homes.
The Mission Impossible star sold his European-style mansion in Laurel Canyon last month for $11.4 million (AU $15.76 million), with Eva Longoria said to be behind the sale.
The glamorous two-storey property resides over 10,000 square metres, with three main bedrooms, a heated lagoon style swimming pool, shaded dining terrace, children's playground, a detached three car garage, as well as a wine tasting and wine storage space.
For guests of Eva, they can relax in a detached four bedroom slate-roof guesthouse with a state of the art kitchen and four bathrooms.
The interiors feature oak plank floors, venetian plaster walls and vaulted ceilings.
This is just one of many sales that Tom Cruise, 53, can add to his property portfolio. His main residence in nearby Beverly Hills is also on the market.
Eva Longoria, 40, already boasts an impressive property portfolio. Her properties include a home in a gated community in San Antonio, Texas, a bungalow in LA's Whitley Heights, as well as home in the Hollywood Dell community.
