Country Victoria Property Factsheet- Ep 9 Ben and Lena

Meet Ben and Lena

SEARCH LOCATION: Country Victoria, 1 hr from Melbourne

BUDGET- $650,000
THE BRIEF Ben and Lena are looking for an idyllic country property on at least 20 acres, but are not afraid of 100+ acres should the opportunity arise within their budget. They want a property with trees, but not forest and are hoping to find a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom country home with plenty of character and warmth, which would ideally include features such as exposed beams, high ceilings, stonework/mud brick aspects, stain glass elements, an open fire place, open plan kitchen/family area, tree-lined driveway and some established garden/outdoor living area. They’d like an elevated position with sweeping valley/green/water views. A dam on the property is important as they want to grow some olive/walnut trees in the future and run livestock (as a hobby).
