Amy is looking for a spacious north facing 2 bedroom apartment in the eastern/south eastern suburbs of Melbourne within 4 – 5km of the CBD, with a parking space. She would prefer an older style apartment with a balcony (that can fit a table) or a courtyard. She’s also open to renovating if she has to – her most important criteria is space. She’s found the last 6 months very frustrating as even though there’s quite a bit on the market she’s competing against double income couples and has missed out on two auctions by $10,000 – 15,000.
