You can now buy houseplants at Bunnings for under $5!

Calling all crazy plant people!

There have been many fads during the isolation period: baking, air-frying and watching TikToks, but gardening and home-improvement have been two of the most popular.

Being inside has inspired many of us to fill our homes with the greenery of the outdoors.

Bunnings is now providing even more of a reason to sustain your in-home garden, selling Fiddle-Leaf Fig plants for only $3.75. So, now, you can give in to your plant addiction with no guilt!

The find was pointed out on the Crazy Indoor Plant People Australia Facebook group, and the post quickly gathered over 100 comments from plant-lovers across the country.

One person wrote: "Omg! how cute are these."

"Heading to Bunnings tomorrow," said another.

These cute little Fiddle Leaves are pretty easy to care for, so don't worry if you're just a beginner.

According to Bunnings, they prefer warmer temperatures and to be in direct sunlight - so best to put your Fiddle by the window.

There have been reports of the little plants selling out fast, but not to worry. Bunnings is also selling assorted succulents for bargain prices - $3.98 for a 65mm and $4.45 for an 85mm.

So, what are you waiting for? Turn your house into a jungle!
